The staff lost our clothes in the laundry (really expensive) they didn’t hold our luggage our last day and we had to find an alternative at very last minute. Really bad experience

Très bon accueil, ils nous ont fait même choisir notre chambre.

Le petit déjeuner inexistant !!!! Alors qu'il était inclus. Ils nous ont proposé un menu qui ne correspond pas à un Breakfast !!! Pas d'eau CHAUDE, juste tiède.

Leider war eine Dame an der Rezeption zwei Tagen sehr unhöflich. Füsse auf dem Tisch, obwohl man Fragen hatte usw,
