Bad overall AC didn’t work Hot water was on the cold side no one told us we showered in freezing water then discovered cold side blue is hot No buffet breakfast staff didn’t speak English. Over all so bad and expensive The room was on third floor and no elevator no one helped with luggage

The comfort and the cleanliness of the room! The little scent diffused inside the hotel, very pleasant! The staff is also very responsive if you need anything in your room.

The breakfast - I strongly recommend that people can have more choices... The white/transparent curtains lets too much daylight through, making it difficult to sleep properly in the morning... If they manage to correct these two shortcomings, this will be by far the best hotel in Samarkand!
