Awesome location and such a pretty building....bed was super comfy.

The shower head kept falling off the wall and nearly smacked us in the head multiple times and we had an unfortunate food poisoning episode when we hadn't left the hotel and only ate their food (no we didn't say anything as what proof did we have really???) And then we were hit with an extra charge as the new Cambodian shirt we bought left a red mark on the sheet...seriously! We have gone to a plethora of hotels worldwide and even had messy medical episodes leaving a bloody mess and never been charged for that before. Not happy! Food was bland and you couldnt get a drink around the rooftop pool until 4pm. Unfortunately the walls are paper thin and we had the regrettable experience of listening to many sexual encounters when trying to sleep. Its a mixed bag I'm afraid. Not sure id stay there again.

Tout l'emplacement près de bassac pas loin du palais royal et du monument de l'indépendance les installation et équipement de l'hôtel toujours au top ainsi que le personnel cest simple je descend toujours ds cette hotel a mon arrivée et lors de mes étapes ds le pays

הצוות היה מושלם עזר בהכל. ביקשתי לכבס בגדים אך למלון יש מחירון עבור כל פריט בנפרד. הבחורה בקבלה עזרה לי למסור כביסה והחזירו לי אותה באותו היום לאחר ניקוי ארוחת בוקר בופה ומגוון ומיקום המלון ממש קרוב למסעדות וברים אבל לא מרעיש בלילה

החדר היה קצת קטן אבל חוץ מזה הוא מושלם

Very good location and, given how hot it was, it was a real advantage that they had two pools. The staff were very attentive and always came up with good solutions for any problems I might have. The laundry service was a particular bonus.
