Great room, pool, garden area.

Breakfast terrible, not in a good location, no restaurants nearby.

The place is super cozy and very comfortable. The staffs r super nice and friendly.

A little insects in the room but not of a big deal, just because the villa was very close to the nature

Gardens were well presented

We stated for 17 days and the rooms were never dusted, beds were made but sheets hardly ever changed. Bed was has hard as a rock. Sound proofing none existent.

Had a nice relaxing 9 days with wife and son We all enjoyed our stay

Everything was good

The room was bigger, good design, pool ok. , bed good, very quiet, ( there was only 3 rooms occupied)

The staff not good, lazy, not welcoming, there was no one at reception when checked out, there were cockroaches in the room not clean,. Empty beer bottles around the pool all night and day,,

The basic swimming pool and the good location is all for this stay...

We have stayed here before and the same room "Pool Villa 3" but last time we did not make a review as we thought the lack of care in cleaning and maintenance was a one-off. On arrival this time we found blood-stained dirty towels and bath-robes and the room looked generally uncleaned, also in the evening we pulled the bedding back to climb in and found more blood-stained unwashed sheets! "Good Breakfast" - its a joke!!! I asked for a simple Omletette with simple everyday ingredients like tomato and onion "Not have" was the staff response... You have many Thlang people staying here but you cannot cater for them? The Wifi did not work with the password shown on the room wall... The sink in the bathroom waste leaks over the floor requiring you to take a shower to wash your feet after washing hands. More care is needed for cleaning and checking the unit for any maintenance issues... Its a real shame as I would love to stay again but until they can address their failing ?
