Let’s start with the good: The reception staff is very welcoming and friendly, the maintenance staff were also very responsive. The beds are big and they were comfortable. Location is convenient and right in downtown Quang Ngai. The hotel is clean but it is run down. The not great: Cockroach in bathroom on towels - gross. We appreciate the staff quickly and bravely took care of the situation. Air conditioner unit in our room was dripping water all night. We couldn’t figure out what the dripping noise was at first…until we saw the puddle on our floor in the morning. Fire Alarm going off at 4 in the morning. We weren’t evacuated but we did smell a lot of cigarette smoke so we suspect that’s what had set it off. Bath/Shower situation makes no sense if you’re tall. It’s a low shower head and water sprays everywhere no matter how much you try to keep it inside. After we showered we had to use the towel to wipe down the floor otherwise it’s a slipping hazard. The hotel is not smoke free and the smell permeates everywhere.

I like the breakfast buffet. The foods are delicious.

We only stay 1 night at Hung Vuong hotel. The hotel is ok. The staffs are friendly. Thank you to Hương and Liên in customer service with assistance in arranging the transportation for my family

1. Electrical outlets are broken and unsafe. 2. The sink and bathroom are smelly sewage. 3. Storage and closets are broken; wood and nails exposed are very unsafe.

The staff were really friendly and helpful and the breakfast was excellent.

The hotel needs updating and it is beside a busy road junction.
