The staff that work there!

The pictures on the site and what the rooms really look like don't match - The room I stayed in had dirty sheets, dirty towels, mold in the bathrooms dirty curtains and their policy about noise and parties no longer applied. I had to search for someone to help me when I arrived and I felt extremely uncomfortable for my entire stay. The staff on the other hand were very nice and Louis was extremely friendly and helpful. I would at least say that the staff were the only positive thing about my stay.
