It was well equipped

It was quite grubby - paintwork , splashed doors , Hairs in bathroom. ‘Grey’ unironed pillow cases.

Straightforward booking in process. Clean, warm and everything worked.

Everything was great.

Excellent location as we were visiting family locally.. Welcoming staff and a lovely well equipped room . Had my favourite beer on tap. Extensive menu and themed food nights. Menu had 'proper' food very well cooked with good sized portions. No breakfast served but we went back for the 'Light bite' lunch which was even better and more complete than we anticipated..We will be back!

No breakfast on offer but lots of teas,coffees etc in the room and nearby cafes.

Room was nice and warm. Bathroom was well equipped and had a good shower. Bed was comfortable. Bottled water was provided as well good range of tea/coffee making facilities.

Pillows were somewhat “tired” and could have done with protector covers. Bathroom had a funny smell.

The location was in the area we wanted to be The staff were all excellent kind and generous I could not fault them

This is only a suggestion the towels and sheets and duvet covers could have been better they were not comfortable and towels not fluffy or very big Have you tried buying from Out of Eden the very best company for hotel linen. It looks expensive and easy to keep clean please give it a try
