Harsh textured, stiff towels. No change from last year .. mentioned by me in similar questionnaire.
GBThe pub was well situated and the room was very comfortable, although a bit warm but the day had been hot. The staff were welcoming and helpful.
GBSecond stay at the Royal Oak and as good as the first. The Rooms are very comfortable and clean with all the usual facilities. The thing that draws me back is the food. The quality of food is excellent and very reasonably priced.
The only 1 downside is they do not do breakfast but to be honest that's splitting hairs.
