NO AIR CONDITIONING: rooms are equipped with a fan. LATE CHECK IN (after 10 p.m.): only after prior agreement, please contact us via direct mail. CHILDREN: up to 6 years for free, when they sleep in their parents bed (no extra bedding/towels offered only available on special request and extra charge of EUR 15 per set). DOGS: welcome after prior agreement, charge: EUR 15 EUR per dog per night SMOKING: we are a nonsmoking property. Guests who still smoke have to pay a fine of EUR 200.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. This property is located in a busy area so guests might experience some noise. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance.
