"Good place to stay if kicking back at the beach for a few drinks and play - but quite low end."

They note they are pet friendly, with no website or notice when booking, or confirmation that they charge an exorbitant fee per pet - all cash. I expect the fee is for staff to pocket the $. Negotiate the pet fee when you arrive - they will budge rather than have you walk away. Cars race up / down the beach until midnight or after.

Restaurant team is very nice - food is good - location and view is outstanding.

"It’s a beautiful location and works fine for a overnight on our way to las animas."

It is a very basic facility. It’s a box with a couple of beds. The beds are okay, the linens and towels are okay. It works for one night.
