Receptionist is arrogant and they Booking .com splitted my amount and booked 2 rooms for the one click so i lost amount of one room which still not retuned. While booking there are no option for partial payment, but hotel receptionist says with this one payment 2 room booked and asked me to pay half more to avail one room.

Approach was not good Receptionist was arrogant , i was booked one room, but as per their record 2 rooms was booked in may name. So they asked to pay or get out of the premises because room was booked to Booking .com and actual hotel contact details was not mentioned in the bill so they are not responsible for the booking . As it was midnight , i forced to pay extra half of the amount to avail room. Still unable to understand how they booked 2room with one payment even though there was no option for partial payment in the site. there is no response from Booking.com. it is chatting.. i never experienced this kind issues . Request you to don't use booking.com for any transaction. the response level is O.

Very good and very clean room and also hot water with gyser:)
