El personal es muy amable, la habitación del hotel bien equipada, amplia y cómoda, las vistas son espectaculares, el hotel está ubicado en una zona tranquila, se puede llegar relativamente rápido a fira y se encuentran espacios muy lindos para fotos sin multitudes. El personal nos ayudó a programar el transporte para ir hacia el aeropuerto

Todo estuvo perfecto. Es importante para mejorar la experiencia alquilar transporte para desplazarse por la isla.

Everything was amazing! The breakfast was fantastic, and the staff were kind and gentle. We were a party of three, and the room fit us perfectly, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was huge. The view of the caldera is truly priceless. We needed a late checkout ,just one extra hour,and it was arranged easily.

Ständig gingen Fußgänger vorbei und so gab es eine eingeschränkte Privatsphäre

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I was contacted by the hotel only 15 hours before my flight, informing me that the outdoor jaccuzi — the main reason I booked their property and chose it to celebrate my birthday — was suddenly out of order. Instead of offering a proper solution, they proposed a downgrade/move to another hotel (with no jaccuzi)/free dinner and drinks, even though I wasn’t traveling there to eat (and their restaurant has terrible reviews). The alternative options they offered were completely unacceptable, so I asked for a full refund and compensation, as I had to make a last-minute booking that cost me over €1,000 for 5 nights instead of €500. Shockingly, the hotel replied that compensation was “illegal”!( I HAVE PROOF OF OUR CONVERSATION) This experience completely ruined my birthday trip. I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel at all costs if you want a pleasant and reliable stay.

Bien que nous ayons dû changer de chambre en raison d’un imprévu indépendant de l’hôtel et n’ayons pas pu profiter du jacuzzi, nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Le geste commercial proposé a été très apprécié. La chambre était spacieuse et agréable, le personnel sympathique, la vue magnifique et le dîner excellent. Un séjour très plaisant au Xenoes FIlotera, que nous recommandons.
