Well situated on the caldera. Great views. Large bedroom with high ceilings, small kitchenette and living room area. Large bathroom with supersized shower. Very comfortable. A porter met us at the street and carried our luggage down the many stairs to our room. Breakfast was great! Small pool on the deck.

The bathroom was old and needs an update. The shower did not drain quickly or well thus water remained, leading to staining of the floor tiles and mould along the edges of the shower. My friends’ room was not well cleaned (they found an old toothbrush behind the trash can). It was an expensive one-night stay, but I guess normal for the location.

Posizione eccezionale. Staff gentile e servizievole. Colazione buona e varia. Camera pulita. Consigliato.

Il bagno è datato e ha rubinetti usurati e che funzionano male. Andrebbe ristrutturato al più presto. Il condizionatore funziona ma l'unità esterna fa un rumore forte che disturba chi è in stanza e anche chi è fuori.

Atención del personal excepcional. Nuestro vuelo de vuelta partía de madrugada y a pesar de estar cerrada la recepción durante la noche nos organizaron el transfer y enviaron a una persona a la habitación a recoger nuestro equipaje y acompañarnos para asegurarse de que no había ningún problema. Gracias

The view from the room is amazing. The room is very basic - you literally pay for the view.
