Gorgona Villas

Incredible view, nice service !

The view and location is perfect, everything you'd need is not far away, walk to fira is about 20minutes. The sunset view is also great, you can see it partially, same with sunrise. The staff is nice and helpful, with easy communication. Room also has a kettle and some complementary coffee and tea, which is a nice touch. The cleaning is done everyday.

As most reviews, the bathroom/ room isn't that modern and you can feel the humidity (they provided a humidifier in the room). The sheets aren't really changed, just remade.

The staff was very helpful with everything we needed. The view was spectacular!!!

Akis (hopefully, I didnt butcher your name) who looks after the place on-site was extremely helpful, kind and understanding. Excellent communication as well. Laura, owner I believe, very prompt with communication on Whatsapp.

Not so much of what I didn't like, but there are quite a few steps between the main street and the accommodation - great for cardio ^-^; Bathroom light was dimmable, but very sensitive, and the light would flicker like disco light and automatically dim at times. Some might find the bathroom floor slippery.

La struttura era in una posizione fantastica, affacciata sulla Caldera. Ci sono diversi scalini per raggiungere gli appartamenti, ma molto fattibili , in più hanno il servizio di portage bagagli fino all'appartamento assegnato. Camera comoda, e luminosa.

Forse il bagno era un po' buio e non avendo la tenda per la doccia, inevitabilmente si bagnava tutto. Un po' ristretta la parte per prepararsi la colazione, ma fornita comunque di tutto.

Wonderful location : superb views and close to restaurants. Quiet at night. Staff, especially Laura and Vamos were super helpful with any our requests
