Technopark Hotel

1. location was good and easy to find. 2. Staff, inc guards, were friendly, helpful and courteous. 3. Breakfast was plentiful. Food was good (tho breakfast was cold). 4. Lobby and room was spacious. 5. Adequate shelf and closet space and mirrors.

1. Elevator on/off buttons weren’t working. We had to call Front Lobby 1st so we could be “fetched” from upper floor. 2. Their PWD room didn’t have adequate guard rails to help avoid falls and slips. 3. Water was slow, seemed to be always hot. 4. Toilet needs to be cleaned under the rim. Flush button needs to be changed. 5. The room needs to be maintained - broken vinyl tiles in room, paint peeling off in some places. 6. There was no side table on one side of the bed. We had to ask for one. 7. Bed mattress was thin and a little hard.

either the concierge is "new" or he thinks it was our first time in this hotel to lie about rooms and mess up my reservation... toilet veeery slow to flush.

The room was spacious and conducive for sleeping. Loved the buffet breakfast too!

Hotel staffs, room, facilities and the complimentary breakfast were great. We requested for pool towels and its there in a blink of an eye. They respond to request/s quickly. Had a great in this hotel and will come back again soon.
