ATGBThis is a quaint hotel. This comes with lovely old decor and some creaky floorboards. The room was nicely renovated. Breakfast was good and the location is pretty convenient for people arriving by bus or train and access to the gondola.
The walls are very thin so you can hear the neighbors talking or watching TV. The bathroom is functional but could do with some anti-mould spray in the shower. Biggest problem though was that although the hotel claims they have luggage storage, I was unable to leave my luggage! This is false advertisement and ended up costing me time and money to figure out an alternative. I’ve definitely stayed in hotels in the area for cheaper and a better experience.

KRATSIThe softest bed I've ever had and I've loved it, the extra towels in the shower for wet ground ~ thank you, much appreciated! They stored my bicycle even though they didn't have the dedicated garage/locker. It was close to the town with breakfast included.
Not a huge problem, but one of the receptionists that was also a waiter wasn't particularly nice, I understood that he was in a rush, but please take your time to handle your customers with care. Issue became when I asked if we can have conversation in english. Luckily I understood his language but couldn't speak it.
