Strandhotel Schmerikon

Le personnel de l’hôtel a vraiment été aux petits soins avec nous. Malgré le fait que nous ne parlions que français, ils ont même pris la peine de traduire le menu pour nous ! Ils nous ont également surclassés au niveau de la chambre, ce que j’ai trouvé particulièrement attentionné de leur part.

Absolument rien!

De kamer was heel mooi en comfortabel. Prachtig uitzicht over het meer en uitzicht op het dorp met kerstverlichting.

Sehr schönes, kleineres Hotel direkt am Seeufer. Zimmer sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und ruhig.

The location on the lake is breathtaking, and the atmosphere is calm and lovely. Staff were very friendly and accommodating, the rooms were clean and beautiful an comfortable. Some of us used the sauna in the garden and alternated between it and the lake, and absolutely loved it. Dinner in the restaurant was excelent. Breakfast was everything it should be. We loved the place, and definitely be back when possible.

For us it was ok, but keep in mind that the toilet in the room is more like a cubicle, not a closed room, so you need to feel comfortable with your roommate... The buildings of the rooms and reception/restaurant are not connected, need to step out. Also need to climb up stairs for both (again, we knew it in advance, not a problem for us, but need to be considered). * We think that a lounge with the lake view can be a fantastic addition.
