Well maintained

So many activities for all age groups

The food is average. The size of the resort is decent. There is a lot of potential if the property could have been maintained a little bit more well.

The resort management as well as staff is lacking in ethics as well as competency. Since I do not have time for a detailed write up I shall enlist the following concerns - Although the booking.com mentioned pay at property, they charged me one day before check-in without any prior notice - The staff refused to acknowledge our prior request for inter-connected rooms although after some back and forth they did provide 2 inter-connected rooms - The property is not at all well-maintained. Areas around the pool etc are highly unclean - There was no life-guard at the pool at any of the times that we visited - They claim to be accessible and wheelchair friendly but their ramps are very very steep and unprofessionally built. A differently abled person cannot get by the resort on their own without assistance - Food is below average. Dinner at night was extremely salty and spicy followed by an extremely bland breakfast

Very peaceful environment property wonderful location.

Front desk staff I don’t like it they waste one hour for when I check out they are very rude not giving me invoice. Front desk guy name Naresh he was uncooperative and rude.
