Facility

Staff were very pleasant and room was quiet

No kettle, shower hose and head no overhead shower. Breakfast very limited and not fresh , also German guested offered fresh coffee where as myself English the machine is over here

It is quite close to the Zweibrücken Hbf, right behind the Alexander Kirche - you cannot be lost even if you would like to! Everyday's breakfast is very fresh and nutritious, just be ready to wake up early to try everything once at least:) Working staff is very helpful. On my day of arrival no one could make check-in, however, I was timely informed thereof and provided with the safe code to enter the hotel easily. That means even if you are still not a resident of the hotel, the hotel staff do think of you beforehand, thanks for such a positive attitude towards me!

To be honest, I was surprised not to find out any hand-wash basin in the restroom. I did notice only two holders:) for opening a "non-visual tap".

The room was facing the main street, so cars driving through it made a lot of noise. Therefore, you had to close the excellently noise-sealing windows at night to sleeping. But I like sleeping with fresh air and open windows at night.
