A személyzet kedves és segítőkész volt. A booking-rendszer foglalási hibáján könnyedén túljutottunk. A szobák tiszták, jól működő klima. Az ágyak is elég jók.

Az utóbbi időben többször voltam Ausztriában, érezhető a különbség a kínálatban, a kávé minőségében. A fürdő kialakítása már nem a mai kor standardja szerinti. Nincs kézi zuhanyozó, csak egy magasan lévő fali rózsa. Az árat kicsit túlzónak érzem.
