Nequi Hotel Boutique

We loved the location and proximity to town. The bar hot tub was really nice and the breakfast was amazing. The room and grounds were beautiful.

We stayed in a room with a jacuzzi, but didn’t get to use it because the water became cold after filling it only for a couple minutes. This happened 2 nights in a row. Don’t bother upgrading if you prefer a hot bath. The hot tub upstairs was a good backup plan, but definitely not the same as a private one. That was the only disappointment. I’d stay here again, but in a basic room.

nickle & dime everything .. $450 pesos to bring in any alcohol .. which I signed but was in tiny print charged for a wet luggage stand 200 pesos .. and it rained inside the too!! therefore was very expensive

really clean room. Nice amenities. Quiet area. Great breakfast, friendly staff and excellent location, really close to everything in Tepoztlan. Wifi works perfect, hot tub in the room was a plus and room service was willing to go the extra mile even working after hours.

It’s overpriced for what you get. Rooms are very noisy, we can hear the noise from the rooms upstairs very loud, the room was cold and humid. The doors of the closet were no closing properly, the main door of the room was not working at all, the sink in the bathroom was not working good, the toilet sit was not properly fixed.
