Location was good. Near the center and also near the restaurants and the market. Easily walkable. Cute and clean place to stay. The staff were helpful and gave me some recommendations on what to eat in the town that wasnt as common in other regions of Mexico. Good if you want a clean bed to sleep in, in a good location and are going to be spending most of your time out and about.

The wifi has some trouble reaching my specific room.

4th floor walk up, since all four of us in our 70s and 80s, this was extremely difficult. Plus no hot water tap in sink. In fact, it didn't work at all. We did not think it warranted the $75 price. The manager did reduce our room from $82.00.

The people operating the hotel were very kind and helpful, they gave us very good advice on things to do in town.

We knew there was no A/C, but it’s been a hot summer so that was difficult. However, they brought us an extra fan without us asking.

Beautiful place, great location!

The staff are amazing, they are very polite and resourceful. The location is perfect. You need two walk only one street to get to the market (where you have the best breakfasts). You can see the Tepozteco from your bed.

The rooms are small. No closet or dresser to store your clothes. In the bathroom there is no place to hang your clothes or a table to put your things. It has the basic necessities, I think it is a little expensive for what it is, but Tepoztlán is expensive.
