Las habitaciónes tiene un olor a humedad muy fuerte, dejamos un par de tarjetas en un buro y una pulsera y desaparecieron mágicamente esta muy muy muy lejos del centro y las calles para llegar estan muy feas las instalaciónes bonitas pero no lo repito ni loco

Cucarachas, humedad, mal olor. Además para todo me pedían pagar en efectivo para que no pasara por la cuenta del hotel. No lo recomiendo nada.

"Alerta en Tepoztlán amigos viajeros ."

Pague una suite, paredes humedas y levantadas y encontré cucaracha, zancudos, fuga lavabo y wc , el agua caliente a goteo y escasa en regadera, colchón infame, toallas rotas ,desapareció una playera , administración aceptó pero no aparecio, un empleado altanero , muy mala experiencia , me retire por temor.
