The breakfast. I understand there was an issue with getting a cook for the season, but the breakfast setup doesn’t work (well, didn’t for us). The app you order on isn’t user friendly, and only gives the drinks options and until you have been there a couple of days you don’t know what the food options are to order. It all comes in take away boxes delivered to the room (by very friendly staff) but all seems an after thought and not particularly in keeping with the hotel. Also quite wasteful both with the rubbish it produces and the food waste when you don’t know what to expect with the food. By no means should it be off putting but hope it can be improved on for next season.

We simply loved everything. We loved the modern architecture that respects the surroundings, the fantastic staff, the secluded location, the sunset view, and the "surprise" breakfast everyday. Totally recommended!

The place is amazing! The views are stunning, such a peace of mind. A lot of privacy, aesthetic interior and exterior, attention to every detail. Its a magical place. Staff is so kind and the food is amaazing. Would recomend it to anyone who is looking for a true relax and detox.

This place rocks, quite literally, due to its unique setting. It spoils you with stunning, uninterrupted seascape views and sunsets to match. Guests enjoy total privacy immersed in the rugged beauty of Tinos's landscape. The rooms are tastefully decorated, beds are comfortable and there are all the necessary amenities. The perfect setting of the swimming pool area overlooking the sea and the discreet presence of the hosts makes for a very enjoyable experience. Guests also have access to extra info regarding the hotel services, local beaches, restaurants, activities, etc, by scanning a bar code at the entrance of their room.

Nothing negative to say about his place. Just an idea: a little table on the terrace would be convenient for fully enjoying the tasty breakfast.

Remote feeling - a great place to recharge and reset. Beautiful, contemporary and comfortable furnishings. From the lounge area in our suite to the bed. Everything was natural fabrics and smelt amazing - especially the soft towels! Delicious fresh food - we had breakfast both days and light meals during the day. Great central location so can easily explore the island. The team / owners behind this place are super friendly and were on hand to answer questions and help book restaurants etc across the island.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Under the Sun Cycladic Village during my first time on Tinos. The stay absolutely exceeded my expectations in every aspect. From the very first moment I was greeted by the friendly staff, who ensured a seamless check-in process and made me feel instantly welcomed. The room was a haven of tranquility, featuring modern amenities and traditional Tinian decor that created a true Cycladic ambiance. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and the balcony created a sanctuary in an overall environment that seemed to be set on an extraterrestrial land. Moreover, the hotel's location was ideal, situated within a 20 minute driving distance of the gorgeous Tinian villages and dining options, which are truly exceptional on the island. The hotel manager Dionyssis was especially helpful in providing dining options and arranging reservations as well as beach recommendations and directions. Anyone visiting Tinos should check out this incredible boutique hotel. I cannot wait to return to this hidden gem, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a rejuvenating and memorable stay.

Excellent location & stunning views

Incredibles views, cozy bedrooms with private outdoor space, very comfy beds, really nice staff. Netflix is a nice bonus.

The season hadn't kicked off yet so breakfast was a bit limited. Expect a lot of wind by the pool.
