Nothing I like

Booked AC room because of the climate and for relaxation but when arrived they said they can't provide AC room for this price and need to pay more or cancel the booking

Nothing to like

Room we got, didn't get room as shown in app its shows AC room and we didn't get it and the staff said us their owner told them to only give non ac room to customers who books through online platforms

When I arrived at the hotel at 10pm with my family and 4 year old, they said, "Did you book AC?" There is no AC here. They have another property with AC, and if we pay more, they can give us a room there. It was 1 am when we took the next room and started staying. So dont take this hotel
