Staff aproach

Very disappointing. Hotel name itself is different. It is New vwe Hotel. I wasted my 2 hrs in the road to locate the hotel. Directions given on my email is very wrong. We had to go a lot further up from the Google map point of hotel.. We try to contact the staff few times,over the phone, but no one was. available to speak. Then later, sincere apologies done by them, which doesn't help me to locate the hotel. Very disappointed.

"Cheating customer showing less rate."

I paid three hundred rupees more than that was show on the booking time on your website.

He took 3 hundred extra charges. When I asked why to, he said he have already some customers if I don't want to pay cancel the booking it was around 10pm so I had to pay extra.

very bad experience, very poor maitains.. dusty room and spider net in full of room. without AC,TV. they charged high price ...not worthy.

Room, is not similar that which is in photos.. No hanger for clothes... No mirror in bathroom for shaving.. No chair availed No cloths stand in bathroom Room locking mechanism too old and not perfect Mobile/ laptop charging point is not in perfect position Wall painting is dirty...

NOTHING, NO NEATNESS IN THE ROOM, ALL AROUND WITH NETS OF SPIDER, WHEN I INFORMED THEM THEY DIDN'T CARE TOO MUCH ABOUT IT.
