Royal Grand Hotel, Turkistan

Location is great. Just infront of Karacan Saray

Only one staff doing all the chores during breakfast, reason why many are empty and no available food.

Location - the tourist spot is just in front of the hotel View - the view in our room is 100/10, I'll put a picture Room - very spacious and nice Breakfast - its fine, we went down around 9AM and there is no enough food. Note breakfast is until 10AM. Communication - They cannot speak English which is fine and understandable, but it will be hard communicating, we used google translate. Please note that communication is difficult in the country itself, which we understand as we are just tourists. This is just a heads-up to get your SIM card to roam so that you will have access to the Google Translate app.

Breakfast

Comfortable beds, good breakfast with options, staff was speaking good english, clean.

It was probably one time thing and not something constant - during our stay in the middle of the night something caused the whole building to smell horrible, when we spoke to staff they were aware and were actively searching for the cause of the smell, so its not their fault. But we were very tired after traveling and due to this we didnt get enough sleep and were putting towels around door to stop the smell and were sleeping with open window in february :( hotel could have offered us some discount or apology for this, but didnt. Still, this was probably one time thing and othervise it was a good stay, I reccomend it.

Very nice location, near Karavan saray and Khoja Ahmet Yassaui , room was very clean and big, bed was comfortable

Was not very big choice for breakfast, not so good but it is ok
