It was very clean there was everything you need for a stay away

The staff were lovely, very accommodating and friendly. The room was a bit of a squeeze, if we stay again we'd request a bigger room. One of the display cushions was dirty, apart from that, clean enough. The decor was thoughtful done and pleasant ✨️

Didn't like the stairs, slippy and scary. May I suggest some grip put on them , or carpet. A bigger room next time. The outside plants could do with some tlc and the weeds pulled up. Lovely setting 👌

The hotel room had everything we needed. Very clean and good value. The host was very welcoming. Lovely meal at the restaurant downstairs also

Taxi service was quite difficult in the area but we were aware of this prior to visit and managed our journey

The location was the only good thing

The toilet didn't flush, they had written a note saying that and the jacuzzi aspect of the bath weren't working. The shower head didn't stay up, so ended up having to kneel down to wash. They didn't supply a duvet? Only a small blanket that didn't cover 2 adults. The pictures didn't show the bathroom, it was in the loft? The steps were really steep which you hit your head on going up and down. They had wallpaper along the bath which has obviously got wet and is pealing away from the wall. There were stains all on the carpets, the walls hadn't been wiped. The fridge wasn't on and leaked on the floor

Comfy bed, spacious rooms and parking

Was abit dark in the room, and shower needs updating, and drains need looking at, possibly cleaning out

Loved the welcome/ complimentary tea/ coffee bar. Also set in a lovely location in Whitchurch

The shower was clogged, poorly tiled, shower head leaked, toilet seat was fitted wonky, missing the sink plug and very uncomfortable pillows
