The host was very friendly, dinner was excellent and wine sellection was very good. The apartment was also very good, spacious, simple, clean, quiet. Beds were good. Shower water also good. It was nice we had a kitchen and that it was not noisy. I really liked the place.

There was in the mornig bit smell from breakfast in the hallway. Im not sure if it was from people cooking or from the restaurant. So ventilation could be better. But overal very happy with this place and will come back again.

"Very Good Stay"

We had a fantastic stay after travelling from the UK. Every single staff member was so friendly and polite - the standard of service was excellent. We opted for half board and I have to say that despite not being entirely sure what we were ordering each evening we found the food to be some of the best we have ever had in a hotel. We opted for a larger Royal Room - the room was okay but corridor noise was a bit much at times during the day. Only downside was pre booking the spa online in advance only to be kicked out because we had costumes on - 3 others in the spa wrapped in towels and blankets so still not sure what the issue was and couldn’t see anywhere online saying naked only but there you are.

Location of the Hotel is great, right next to ski lifts. Breakfast and dinner were also great, very well organized. In the morning we would chose our dinner menu. Kids are getting crayons and coloring papers before dinner. Nice pool area. Spacious rooms. Very friendly staff.

It can be a bit noisy during the night. No cots for babies.

"Dissapointing. Low quality food, old facilities, noisy rooms"

NOISE!! Unable to sleep! in the old buideing, where rooms that starts with the number 4 there is an unbeleivable noise from the bar/ disco club that is right in front of the rooms and the hotel, next to the hotel's ski school. The club is open till midnihght! right in front of our windows, we could not sleep and there was no remedy! That is no wonder since the bar belongs to the hotel itself.
