Das Personal war super, die Lage ebenfalls

Wir hatten ein angebliches Upgrade bekommen. Zimmer war super klein, auf der Toilette 0 Platz und dann auch noch ausgerichtet zum apres Ski. Wir wollten Urlaub machen und nicht feiern! Hatte daraufhin auch die Unterkunft nochmal kontaktiert aber nach einer Woche keine Antwort. Wirklich sehr schlecht! Parkplätze sind eine Rarität. War vorher schon mal zu Gast dort im Sommer und es war super - diesmal leider Note 5.

Es ist ein Top Hotel,.angefangen vom Empfang an der Rezeption bis hin zum Personal im Restaurant und an der Bar. Die Ausstattung ist sehr modern und trotzdem super gemütlich und mit ganz viel Liebe gemacht. Von den Getränken bis zum Essen am Abend und auch das Frühstück, ist alles super..sehr lecker und Top Qualität. Die Zimmer sind super sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Der Sauna und Wellness Bereich ist auch sehr zu empfehlen.
