The location was perfect, the patio was relaxing and the hotel felt secure

The hotel restaurant was closed

A small, modern hotel with a charming bright terrace within easy walking distance of the central square, market and and amenities. An excellent base to go to El Rosario to see monarch butterflies.

It was all good.

The staff was really good at communicating and the room was nice.

It is a very busy street so noisy at night and a lot of exhaust smell if the window was open. I would suggest earplugs.

Noisy urban environment

Lovely place, lovely staff. Room was clean and had all the facilities needed.

Sometimes didn’t get hot water and the streets can be noisy.

wifi was an issue

Terrific facility!

Very poor communication. Place was locked tight with no one around. Lucky that my taxi driver had a phone or I would have been stranded fairly far from any other accommodation. Not what a confirmed booking with payment would lead one to expect!

The only thing more delightful than our stay were the owners and their single staff person Tere. They always met you with a smile and eager to please. The owners, Irma and her husband (who's name we never got) were extremely responsive to any questions or help we needed. The property is centrally located just minutes from Centro. It is on a busy corner during the day but gets very quiet at night. The property was very newly in business when we stayed and if they continue to operate and build (which they are) it will be an absolute jewel in the area
