Yin Shan Hotel

Nice and close to the Alishan township and national park walks.

Room was old and tired. Furniture and decor looked like hadn't been updated since the 90s. Dusty in the corners and ceiling was wet and peeling from water leaking between the floors. Overall they could put in a lot more effort for how much it costs.

Inside the Alishan recreation area and close enough to the shops and eateries. Functional room.

Staff failed to respond to requests regarding shuttles to Jade Mountain and other concerns. No flexibility regarding check-in time. A basic room, it would be half this price elsewhere.

Das Hotel ist super gelegen mitten in Alishan, deshalb lohnt es sich das zu buchen! Es ist aber auch nichts besonderes. Alles ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber noch nicht kaputt oder so. Es wird alles gut sauber gemacht und insgesamt ist es trotzdem gemütlich und die Mitarbeiter sehr bemüht und nett (auch wenn es nicht ganz einfach ist, weil sie kein Englisch sprechen, sicher aber mit Übersetzern zu helfen wissen). Das Frühstück ist in einem Lokal ein paar 100m entfernt aber echt gut, aber halt Asiatisch und nicht international.
