El personal ha estat molt atent i la recepció molt bonica.

L'habitació extremadament petita. Les tovalloles i els llençols eren molt nets, tot hi això la resta no tant.

Friendly staff; close proximity to the station, the park entrance, and all the restaurants. It also offered a sunrise van tour with an extra stop to view a divine tree, more flexible than the train sunrise tour.

We stayed two nights, so the free breakfasts were at two different restaurants. Both were traditional breakfasts, quite bland. Other restaurants in the area were the same; we didn't enjoy the food in Alishan.

Wir hatten eine schöne Aussicht von unserem Zimmer aus. Es war etwas altmodisch und klein, aber für die Bergregion das perfekte Ambiente, ähnlich wie in einem japanischen Ryokan. Wir haben uns sehr wohl dort gefühlt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Vom Hotel werden auch Ausflüge organisiert, die man vor Ort buchen kann. Es gibt Frühstücksvoucher für wöchentlich wechselnde Lokale. Die Lage ist perfekt um Alishan zu erkunden. Wir würden wieder kommen.

The location was perfect and within walking distance to the train station. Access to dining facilities was great. Nearby walks as well. Ample parking. Room was comfortable and clean. A very worthwhile stay.

四人房間空間過小沒地方可放行李，只能放走道造成進出浴厠行走不便

地点方便，回程时，旅店有安排免费接驳车到阿里山公交车转换站。

被安排住在一楼，窗户外就是公共场所，有点吵及没有安全感。 冲凉房的排风机没有启动， 地上永远是湿的。
