Very nice staff and good luggage storage

Old room, I had asked for a quiet room but unfortunately it was noisy, I was given a room on the second floor without a lift with a very small bathroom and in the whole hotel they didn't have a hair dryer, inconceivable!

The staff & their pets were quite friendly. Especially the husky dog which let my daughter pet her constantly. Just a big ball of fur!

We were told all rooms have kitchenettes. That's completely untrue. On every floor there's just one microwave and one mini-fridge for 5-6 rooms to share, and these are tucked into a corner. Very hostel-like vibe.

The hotel itself is very clean and modern. The room was very big and comfortable with the hot tub inside, good views.

The street where the hotel is located is a bit loud during the high season because there's a lot of traffic of people, but it's quiet at night.

Location was good, close to the bus terminal and coffee shops, bakeries, restaurants. Fair walk to the Salt Cathedral

Bed was very uncomfortable, made noise every time you sit down, laid down or move, the mattress was bend and the TV only had 2 local channels. The check-in took more than 25 mins, the host did not reply the phone calls or messages or emails. I needed to call the other hotel number, to get contact with the host, but that failed too. Luckily someone came to the door and let me in and finally the host arrived, telling that his phone had some issues.
