The hotel looks nice and the administrator was polite and helpful. The room was fairly clean, and the lobby area looked beautiful. A good option to visit in the summer.

However, during our stay the central heating was not turned on, which made the room very cold. It was impossible to warm it up with the air conditioner, and this is quite disappointing for the price (120 GEL). The atmosphere felt empty and dark, and there was only one staff member present. We had to leave after an hour and move to another hotel with proper heating. Unfortunately, no refund was provided.
