extremly kind family that runs the hotel, nice food, nice location, nothing to complain about

Xato is a caring lady. They have relatives diagonally across the road at Old Rabati, also lovely people. Mary is a sweet person too. (Just a quick mention, next door Minimo, Armenian courtyard restaurant, Angelika & her brother, lovely friendly people too). Xota's son Gabriel is an exceptionally talented acoustic guitarist (his dad Zura can also strum, another nice dude). We had a kicking couple of nights with Gabriel playing, a Chicago guy duetting with me. So much fun & joy. Great times of Georgian hospitality.

Whats not to love

The owners are great, nice room and wifi, and a pretty good restaurant; excelent location!

I liked everything

We spent two days in Kessane and we can say that the hosts are very friendly people! The room was very comfortable and there was all we needed (shampoo, soap and hairdryer too). Their cousine was very tasty, and breakfast was so great and rich (the jam was special). About the breakfast we loved that the second day was a little different. The atmosphere in the garden is very good for chilling and talk, and to enjoy the puppies too! Excellent place!

Family who run this hotel was so helpful and talkative. They were so hospitable people as well. Location of the hotel was also great in this city.

These wonderful apartments truly provided all the comforts we could have hoped for. The cleanliness and comfort, coupled with the intriguing interior, made our stay truly memorable. Children don’t want leave this place)) We wholeheartedly give it a perfect 10 out of 10 and highly recommend it to others. What a superb place!

The room was comfortable. One person who worked there organised a taxi for me which was very nice.

I booked the accommodation for two nights but got thrown out in the late afternoon before my second night. They said that somebody else booked the room, even though I had booked for the two nights and showed them my booking confirmation. I was told (in a very impolite way) to find another place to stay, without being offered any help. It was a very upsetting experience.

On the exact day of the reservation, they called me in the morning and told me that they could not accept me, I had already gone to the location with a two-month-old baby and had to find another hotel on the same day due to their irresponsibility and unprofessionalism. I dont recommend this hotel!
