It has a very good location, although Akhaltsikhe is not very big, but it's very close to the bus station. It has a nice outside area to hang out.

The place is a bit small, it was a bit difficult for me to get hot water in the shower (spend there three nights). It was not specially clean. It has no kitchen but it has its own restaurant, and around you won't find anything else. I found it a bit expensive, although the food was good.

The owners are very friendly. They welcomed us with a glass of wine. The room was comfortable. We ate at the restaurant in the evening and the food was delicious. The breakfast was also good. For the price I think this is a good place to stay.

In the description it says that there is a kitchen for guests. We asked but there wasn't one we could use. This was part of the reason we'd booked this place. The decor/fittings are a little tired in places. The sheet didn't fit on the bed properly.

Fantastic, centrally-located stay. Friendly and helpful owner. For the price, you really can't beat it. A nice, sociable courtyard. Generally clean. If I were to come back, I wouldn't stay anywhere else. Recommended.

Nothing of note.

The room I lived in was like mini-flat. Gorgeous bed, your own shower. Zone for working with laptop. You can use the common kitchen if you're a fan of cooking by yourself. Breakfast with a view on fortress included and was nice (eggs, Georgian cheese, coffee, jam, tomatoes). The main thing I want to highlight is bright and kind owners of this place. Khatuna and Zaza are the best! Artist and musician living together and creating fantastic atmosphere there. I will definitely come again.

A guest house with a very kind and hospitable host. The owner will assist you in any way possible, she’s very welcoming a hospitable. Food at the place is totally recommended, we had both breakfast and dinner, which were extremely tasty. The property is really close to the Rabati castle, old town and a few shops. The is an old Armenian church in proximity and a synagogue which I totally recommend visiting. Definitely worth the price!

The water temperature in the shower was a bit unstable, but it was solvable. Other than that not much.
