La Casa de Mamapán Hotel Colonial Ahuachapan

Convenient location for driving to/from Guatemala. Hotel is located in the centre of town, next to the town square, which was full of people and stalls on the Saturday I visited. Friendly and helpful staff. Hot shower, good aircon and WiFi. No car park, but I had no difficulty finding a parking space on the street.

I probably should have realised this, but the room I stayed in had no windows to the outside, just a small window facing into the lounge area. Bit noisy at times with kids in the lounge area watching TV on their tablets.

To much noise at night… impossible to sleep… we paid for 2 nights but we only slept 1 night…

In the middle of thé town… Noisy until 4 am

Historic with antique decorations and the convenient location on the square.

Parking was a challenge but we lucked out with a spot in front of the hotel.

The hotel is located very good, centrally with many restaurants close to it. Parking right beside the hotel. Good breakfast. Price/performance is top. Shower with warm wather, which is not always the case in Honduras. Good WIFI
