Zimmer gut, Frühstück gut

Leider kein Restaurant mehr im Haus; der Ortskern von Baiersbronn ist in dieser Hinsicht inzwischen echt traurig.

"Niet blij en zeker niet wat wij ons hadden voorgesteld."

Een dag voor vertrek kregen wij door dat wij in een ander hotel zouden moeten verblijven. In principe moesten wij hier alleen heen om te ontbijten. Kamer zeer gedateerd, geen avondeten in het hotel. Maar ook geen eens gelegenheid om even wat te drinken of te zitten. Sowieso geen terras o.i.d, alleen een hok waar je kon zitten. De foto's op jullie site doen mooier voor dan het in werkelijkheid is.

"Nicht zufriedenstellend."

Die Unterbringung hat nicht im Panoramahotel Berghof stattgefunden sondern im Hotel Rose. am Donnerstag. den 07.05. wurde mitgeteilt, dass die Schlüsselübergabe und die Bezahlung im Hotel Rose stattfinden soll. DerAbstand zwischen den Hotels soll 120 Meter betragen. Tatsächlich war die Stasse durch eine Baustelle für PKW's gesperrt. Man musste sich selbst einen Fahrweg suchen ohne Wegweiser und ohne Adresse. Erst nach Ankunft im Hotel Rose wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass auch die Übernachtung in der Rose stattfindet. Dieser Umgang mit Gästen sind wir nicht gewohnt.

Manhätte uns mitteilen können ,dass ein anderes Hotel belegt wird als das Gebuchte. Auch sonstige Informationen haben gefehlt. Die Türe des Panoramahotels war verschlossen. Kein Anschlag ,kein Hinweis. Zimmer im Hotel Rose am Moregen kalt. unbeheizt.
