Comfortable bed New shower unit, I believe (water pressure was average for a hotel) Clean room Heated indoor pool Breakfast included (Muffins, waffles, yogurt, cereal, continental breakfast) Coffee 24/7 3 different juices at breakfast and milk Friendly staff ( very helpful with suggestions for restaurants) Walking distance to Great Smokey Mountain Railroad, shops, and restaurants/bars (There is one restaurant right next door) Nice decorations throughout Nice outdoor seating for warm weather. Great location right in town. VERY QUIET!!!! GREAT STAY GREAT PRICE ( we booked through booking.com) February stay 2026 Thanks, guys. we'll be back!!!

Good location

White “things” all over red bed spread and shams. Bathroom faucet leaked water all over counter. Water machine did not work at breakfast and juice machine open and no juice. When checking out and I talked to employee about this, she did not seem concerned but did write something down.
