"Location, Location, Location."

Location was excellent! Lovely view from the rocking chairs on the front porch. Private balcony for every room. Within 3 blocks of the Grand Smokies Railroad, and railroad museum, breweries, restaurants, shops. Charming decor. Large indoor pool, but water too cold for us in early May. Breakfast was typical continental hotel breakfast with many choices, but no protein. Self serve coffee and hot cocoa all day long was quite nice. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The bed was a little too soft. In-room coffee was very weak, but the breakfast room coffee was quite good. Disappointed that the outdoor hot tub wasn't open yet in early May. Oddly there was no plug for the bathtub or the sink which might be important to some but we prefer showers, so no problem.

Everything was great with the one exception of the bed.

The bed was so bad, we will never stay here again and would not recommend anyone stay here.

"Great hotel for a visit to Smokey mountains"

Quiet and comfortable, very good location for smokies and restaurants and shops of Bryson city. Not super luxury but very comfortable

Shower could be a bit more powerful Apart from that nothing , all great
