lack of facilities at the hotel

The location of the hotel was very good, it was close to the Burgas city center by car. There is a beach across the hotel that you can walk but it was cold when we were there, so we did not go to the beach. There are plenty of coffee shops and bakery around the hotel. The staff was very kind and helpful. They upgraded our room for free and it was a very large and clean room. There was kettle and small fridge in the room. Lastly, there was free car parking spot in the hotel.

Overall, there is nothing in particulat that we did not like.

Friendly staff. Very nice rooms and grounds.

We stay in the Mirana before flying home, it eases our return journey. It is a nicely run family hotel with large rooms and a lovely balcony to have a beer to relax. Host and hostess are friendly and helpful. We look forward to a return visit next summer.

Very poor breakfast

The hotel is very close to the town and beach and there's a nice pool.

Sadly, the male owner was rude and made us feel uncomfortable. My husband had been ill with a nasty stomach bug so the unpleasant attitude of the male owner didn't make for a pleasant stay. However, the hotel is well placed to explore the local area and the pool area is pleasant.
