I wish the pool and sauna had longer opening hours and staff really would have come 7am to open the pool door, because now i had to wait there both mornings.

Great location. Stunning views from your room, 5 minutes walk to buses that take you all over the region, to trail heads et al. Also 5 minute walk to town with many restaurants and all. Staff were very nice and welcoming, great Wi-Fi, and the rooms were very nice. The whole hotel has a lot of charm. Also, free parking. Also must mention, breakfast was great and plentiful. Eggs, meats, cheese, breads, pancakes, cereals, even gluten free options. Very nice to fill up on before a day of hiking. Definitely glad I found this place. Perfect base for exploring this region. I totally recommend it.

Only one note—it was super hot in the building. As if the heat was cranked even in June. Leave your windows open when you leave for the day.

We loved this hotel. Peaceful and beautiful location, very good breakfast with delicious croissants and clean and comfortable rooms. What makes it exceptional is the Wellness area. The water in outside Whirlpool is very warm, we spent all the evenings soaking there.

Very large breakfast buffet, amazing "starter"-buffet for dinner with a wide variety of warm and cold startes (you can almost cancel the first and main course after that :-) ) Huge spa/wellness area, several saunas (large one with a view), several whirlpools, even outdoors, great

The staff was very friendly, helpful, and very attentive. the facilities were incredible, specially the pools and the spa. The dinner and the breakfast was very good, with plenty of variety of options. And the garage was very convenient for the car. We will definitely repeat when going back to the Dolomites.
