Poor cleanliness. Poor Hygiene standards. Need to change Bedsheets, Dusts and Floor Mats, Bad Smell

La ubicación y la habitación grande.

Hacia frio, no tiene calefacción ni bomba de calor, fuimos a quejarnos y nos daba un radiador cochambroso a cambio de 400 rupias… un desastre. La limpieza también regular. No volvería por la mala atención al cliente.

Location is good and hotel staff are courteous.

Real good hot water provision for bathing in winters will make them one of the best hotel in vicinity.

Didn’t like anything at all

I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. The location was terrible – the noise from the main road was unbearable, with constant sounds of people moving around and traffic all night long. I also had an awful experience with the staff. My cousin came to visit after a 3-hour drive, and we simply asked if they could let him join me in the room for 15 minutes to rest before continuing our journey to Shimla. Instead of being understanding, they refused and demanded we pay $1000 for just half an hour! I’ve never encountered such poor customer service in my life. I definitely would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
