The room did not correspond to its description on Booking.com website. They tried to put us in a noisy, windowless room despite claims to the contrary and despite having confirmed that our request for the contrary would be fulfilled.

The hotel's location, relatively close to the railway station

The fact that the description on Booking.com in no way corresponds to reality and that they tried to give us a windowless, viewless room, which was not what we had booked.
