The owners made me feel welcome, even though different languages. Small establishment but friendly.

There is no lift with a heavy bag. Lol

Perfect location for Chiang Kham. A city block from 7-11 and right next to a local market. Great value and nice people.

The place is clean and neat.

There was a problem with the AC, didn't cool well enough and it was a heat wave season in Thailand. I suggest that facility solve this problem and be able to get 9-10 stars review...

Excellent hotel with very friendly owner. Very good room with all you need, fridge, aircon, hot water, tiled floor, TV. Very good at a friendly price. Coffee/tea and pastry in the morning. Good parking. We much appreciated our stay!

"Exceptional"

Excellent modern room for good price! Market around the corner, good parking. Peaceful surroundings, village feeling.

Breakfast was just coffee and a piece of junk food, but I didn't expect much for that price.
