Ubicación al lado de la estación de tren, habitación muy amplia con terraza, limpia, con aire acondicionado, personal de recepción amable y simpático

El enchufe de la cama no funcionaba, pero había otro al lado de la mesa de escritorio

La cafetería está al lado y las camas muy cómodas

La decoración y el mobiliario muy antiguo Podrían hacerle una reformita

Me atendieron muy bien, y la habitación era cómoda y espaciosa.

I didn't have breakfast at the cafe next door so can't comment, The staff on reception were very friendly and the room and the bathroom were cleaned daily. The bed was comfy and the sheets were clean. There was air conditioning in the room. It's about a 20 minute walk into the centre of Ciudad Real and the railway station.

The decor in my room was very tired and dated, and the toilet roll was very cheap quality. Could do with some new coat hangers at the very least they don't cost very much to replace. No hairdryer or kettle. The hotel was on a main road not far from the University but the traffic didn't disturb me, as I'm a heavy sleeper. There was dust on the bed headboard and the inside of the wardrobes smelt musty. .

Very helpful receptionist. Room was clean and comfortable. A peaceful night. The location was at the edge of the city, easy access from major roads. It is a few minutes walk into the city. Private parking.
