Hotel Osner

The hotel was beautiful from the outside up to the reception, when I got into my room there was no door handle from the outside it’s broken and was left with wires open, it’s untidy the inside the throw in the bed was filthy dirty. The view is so beautiful it’s to die for. Pleas try and keep the rooms and floor carpet as clean as possible. Thank you

The carpet is dirty, the brown bed throw was also dirty

I did not eat breakfast.

There was no where to include breakfast on the booking.

Hot shower

Water in the sink took longer to go. Coffee was not enough we were 3 guests but only 2 sachets and sugar just two sachets. No liquid milk

The comfort and warmth of my room in this cold weather.

The stuff cleaners are very very rude, they knock once and enter and tells you that they want to clean, they don’t even greet, very bad manners. The security guards at night they stay indoors and watch soccer on their phones while you are stack outside the gate hoping someone will see you and open for you. The hotel is beautiful but also renovations are necessary more especially the room front doors they’re old and they make horrible noise when opening and closing
