Lovely room minutes from the park entrance. Evening meal & breakfast were both delicious & plentiful. Safari arranged by our host worked very well for us. Thoroughly recommend!

Freundlichster Besitzer, den wir bisher getroffen haben! Das Essen ist außergewöhnlich, auch die Verpfelgung während der Safari war top. Die Ausstattung ist super und wir haben uns sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt!

Ontzettend vriendelijk ontvangst, Safari werd geregeld via de accommodatie en deze was ook erg goed, met respect voor de dieren en natuur. We reisde samen met onze dochter, zij mocht kosteloos aanschuiven bij het eten. Het avondeten was ruim en smaakte goed! Simpele kamer, maar helemaal passend bij kosten en locatie. Warme douche! Eigenaar is ontzettend vriendelijk!

This was my favorite stay in three weeks of traveling Sri Lanka. Anton has created an wonderful place with a strong emphasis on service, delicious food, and stellar wildlife safaris in the nearby national park. Everything about our stay here was special. We did 2 full day and one 1/2 day safari with a few days emphasis on Leopard. In total we saw 9 Leopards! We also saw Sloth Bear, two species of monkey, wild boar, 3 species of deer, 2 elephants, and countless crocodile, birds, lizards and more. Our safari guide, Chamod, was absolutely stellar. He did an exceptional job at locating Leopards and positioning us best for viewing. Even on the long 12 hour full days his energy and level of commitment never waned from dusk till dawn. Additionally, he was the consummate professional and extremely polite. At the end of each safari we were greeted with cool wet towels and cold drinks upon returning to the hideaway. The service here is really just over-whelming.

My only complaint is that I should have stayed longer.

Tout était super, je recommande. Bel accueil, chambre spacieuse, propre. Le petit déjeuner et le dîner étaient copieux et délicieux. L’hôte nous a organisé un super safari, on s’est régalé! Le homestay est très proche de l’entrée du parc. Nous sommes arrivés avec notre Tuktuk et avons pu le parquer sans souci. Merci pour tout !

Heerlijk plekje vlakbij de ingang van het park met superleuke lieve mensen en een goed geregelde Safari. Ook het vogels kijken bij het meer was top!

Niets, het was perfect.

Muy cercano al safari. Habitaciones de 10, te preguntan la hora de llegada para dejarte la habitación fresquita y cerrada para que no entren insectos. Nos organizo el safari, no tuvimos mucha suerte en ver elefantes però nos llevaron por un recorrido mas tranquilo y no tan turístico. En el hotel te preparan la cena (que la cobran a parte pero muy buena, mucha cantidad y barata) ya que en los alrededores no hay ni un restaurante. El mismo propietario nos acerco a la carretera principal (sin coste) para poder coger un bus para nuestra siguiente parada.
