The room are very good, the staffs are polite. The room are very spacious, so fluffy and clean bed and pillows. The food are very delicious, one dinner we ask the chef to come out and commend him. Staffs are very helpful they assist us on our transfer to ELECRAMA. Ms. Sapna and Mr Rakesh and Ms. Shivani are very approachable. Thank you so much

We are very much comfortable to stay in this hotel .breakfast is of very good quality. In front office all staff are very much cordial and sapna in special, and Mr rakesh. Housekeeping also good service and best hotel in greater noida and stay are very good .

Everything including the price of a 4 star hotel for the quality of a 1 star at best. Gym was a joke in the corner of a basement. Room was tiny and tv didn't work. Phone didn't work. Window looked into a wall 3 feet away.

The room was both stylish and spacious, offering a comfortable and modern look. The staff was friendly, and the food at the restaurant was delicious, with a wide variety of options to suit all tastes.

A majority of the staff did not speak English, which made the communication challenging at times. The hotel was also quite noisy; during the night loud music was coming from the street and noises from the floor hall disrupted the peaceful atmosphere. Additionally, paying with a card was frustrating because their system always had some problems... Another inconvenience was the policy at the reception, where they would not exchange amounts of less than 1,000 euros, which was impractical for smaller currency needs.
